Psych!!
This isn’t the real newsletter. My plan was, and still is, to do these newsletters monthly but I realized that I’d inadvertently set the deadline as being at the end of the month because I released January’s newsletter when January was pretty much almost over.
So, new plan.
Newsletters will come out on the first Monday of each month. So, that means the next newsletter will come out on March 6th. But, I felt bad stiffing everyone out of a February newsletter so I thought, in lieu of a newsletter, you could have a little announcement… as a treat.
I also rebranded a little bit. Actually, all I did was try and match all the imagery and heraldry to match what the actual domain name of my substack is: Food for Humans. That’s the name I used when I signed up because “whatsfordinner.substack.com” was A) taken and B) looked atotrious. This newsletter is still about the sisyphian task of cooking dinner but, more broadly, my culinary interests are in just that: making food for humans.
